Our return procedure is intended to be simple and fair, which will ensure an enjoyable experience for every customer.

Returned Conditions

We accept returns on defective and non-defective items. The item are required to be returned in brand new or lightly used condition and in the original packaging. You may request a return or exchange within the first 30 days after purchase to receive a full exchange or refund. How to Start the Return

After your return has been approved and we have received it, we’ll give you an Return Authorisation (RMA) number, and give you additional instructions. The RMA form must be filled out within 24 hours and the RMA number must be clearly visible on the return form.

Return Methods and Shipping Instructions

You can return items either:

  • By mail: Make sure that the package is properly wrapped to avoid damage during shipping. Include all original parts as well as all documentation.

Please be aware that shipping labels for return items are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using an insured and trackable method of shipping as you are accountable for the return up to the point it is received by us.

Handling damaged or defective products

If the product you received is damaged or defective If it is damaged or defective, you must report it within the first 24 hours after receiving the product. To speed up the process, you should include pictures of the damages. Based on the circumstances we’ll either offer an exchange or refund.

Restocking Fees and Extended Returns

If you want to return the item after the 30-day period We may take returns on a case-by basis. The returns will be subject to a restocking cost of 25 percent of the cost. Details will be reviewed and agreed upon prior to beginning the return.

Processing Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item returned. Refunds will be credited according to the payment method used originally used, however you should allow up to 14 days to see the refund show on your account.

Cancellations of orders must be in writing within the first 30 days following delivery.

Responsibilities for Return Shipping

Change of Mind If you decide to return a product because of a change in mind, the return shipping costs will be your own responsibility. The item should be returned in new or used, but preferably within the original packaging.

Damaged or defective goods If the product is damaged or defective, Modish will cover the return shipping charges. We may provide the replacement first. If the replacement is not available and a refund is given.

Non-returnable Items

Customized, bespoke, or special-order items generally cannot be returned unless they’re defective or damaged. In these cases the exceptions can be made or store credit towards future purchases might be provided.
